How much does it cost you to deliver a 90 minute workshop to a small group of employees?
Not only do you pay for the cost of design and delivery but there is the time and productivity cost of taking employees away from their work to attend.
Not only that but many employees are unable to access these programmes if your organisation works shifts or unsocial hours, making it seem unfair that training is not available to all. The cost of unfairness can result in a financial burden as dissatisfied employees think of leaving your organisation!

We understand that there are competing demands for budgets and often wellbeing has been ticked off with an EAP. Putting on workshops is great and if done with a coaching approach, (as all our more in depth workshops are) can create real impact and change. But it is hard to give everyone access to a workshop and maybe there have been some changes since that mean the message of that workshop has been lost since it was delivered.
Doing one workshop around a wellbeing issue does not mean that you can tick it off the to do list and all will be well. Maybe not everyone did the training, or maybe not everyone was ready to hear about it at the time, or maybe life has come along since then and someone needs to hear something that will help them now that they didn’t need at the time it was delivered.
The difference here is that we have put together a program that is based on current challenges, that is delivered in short, easy to consume chunks and is accessible to all no matter when or where they work (as long as they have an email address for us to send log in details to). We also encourage further thought and action with our wellbeing mini guide and coaching tools.
Pricing is dependent on the number of people you want to register.
All participants need to have an email address that can be shared with us to register them on teh learning portal. Once registered users can log on from any device.
Please be aware that The Thrive Lab wellbeing bootcamp is designed as an introduction to wellbeing and we recommend that you are able to signpost people to additional support services if needed.
We can provide additional coaching days for drop in sessions to support your wellbeing offer if required.
