How many sessions do I need to book?

Typically you will be looking at a half day to full day session. How many sessions you need to book will depend on where you currently are in your wellbeing strategy. Why not book one session and evaluate whether any follow up sessions would be helpful?

Is this online or in person?

Our experience is that these sessions work best in person. However, if it is the difference between doing one or not doing one we can flex our delivery to suit an online session.

Why can't I leave this to my wellbeing lead?

Wellbeing works best when it is considered as a whole organisation, has leadership buy in and is seen as a joint venture.

Wellbeing leads are still relatively new, it is a developing area and many wellbeing leads are feeling overwhelmed by the size and complexity of the job they have to fulfil. We can support them and your leadership teams to work collaboratively through our strategy session in order to get the best result.

Using the science behind what makes for happier, healthier people and workplaces you will then have the insight to develop an action plan for impactful and long lasting results. We capture your thinking and can produce a post event report or feedback our notes for your own use. You finish the day on the same page with your wellbeing approach, understand the root causes behind your organisations wellbeing challenges and operate as a more cohesive team focused on changing the culture of wellbeing.
