The Learning Lab

Wellbeing Workshops for the Workplace

Our learning lab is dedicated to delivering up to date information on human health, happiness and wellbeing so that you can help your people understand more about how to feel good, work well and manage change with resilience.

Delivered using a combination of shared learning and a coaching style of delivery, we ask you to be an active participant in your own development and take the time to think about how you can use the information we share with you for the benefit of yourself and others around you. All of our workshops are interactive, engaging and are designed to create personal insights alongside practical and useful ideas for putting into action straight away.

Bring wellbeing to your whole organisation and feel the difference ripple across different departments, create conversations in team meetings and open up a supportive space for all.

Below are examples of some of our learning lab programmes, and we can design and deliver bespoke sessions according to your needs.

Learning Lab FAQs

We have put on workshops before and they haven’t really made a difference, why should we do this again?

It’s understandable to feel hesitant about organising yet another workshop if previous efforts haven’t yielded the results you hoped for.

However, it’s important to keep in mind the value of coaching, training, and ongoing learning when it comes to personal growth and development. By providing these opportunities, participants can learn new skills, gain valuable insights, and build upon their existing knowledge. This is turn will increase employee engagement and boost performance providing that return on investment for your business.

It’s also worth considering that the previous workshops may have simply required some adjustments or improvements to make them more effective. With some thoughtful planning, a new workshop could provide a positive learning experience and help drive meaningful change. Our coach led approach to learning will offer a completely different experience where the focus will be more on facilitating helpful and impactful conversations about the issues raised in the training so that every participant gets something valuable from the experience.

I have a limited budget for wellbeing, what would be the best option for me?

This will really depend on your aims and objectives. Do you want something for the whole organisation or is there a common theme impacting a large section of your organisation, such as parenting or grief and loss? Or maybe there is a particular team that is taking up a lot of time because of personality clashes and communication problems.

Where you invest your budget for the best return will very much depend on the problem you wish to fix. Your best option is to book a no-obligation call to discuss your requirements and we can come up with some solutions to match your needs and your budget.

How will this help wellbeing? A workshop is not going to fix our problems!

While a workshop may not magically solve all of our problems, it can certainly be helpful in promoting wellbeing. Our unique blend of coaching with learning allows people to find their own solutions that works for them.

Workshops provide a supportive environment where participants can openly communicate and share their experiences. By doing so, individuals may feel less alone in their struggles and find comfort in the knowledge that others are going through similar challenges which helps support healthy team dynamics.

Additionally, workshops often incorporate peer support, which can be an invaluable resource in promoting and maintaining good mental health. Overall, while a workshop may not be a cure-all, it can certainly contribute to a stronger sense of wellbeing and help your people connect over shared challenges influencing a positive collaborative culture within your business.

Is this development online or in person?

We can deliver either online or in person. To help you decide what might work best for your business consider what outcomes you want from investing in learning and what you can operationally deliver considering the time your people have available, resources and geography.

I really appreciate that we were all able to input and be listened to, but within a structure so that I feel confident in our plans now. I don't think we'd have been able to do this ourselves quite so quickly and effectively in this focused way.
